What is Pide?
Calling Pide Turkish Pizza means either you never really tasted
authentic Turkish food or you never ate a Pizza.
Pide is something really special, especially Cemil´s way
of making Pide - in a newly built oven by a specialist (usta) from
Samsun, where many people say the best pide is made. However some
are saying Cemil´s Pide (and all the various kinds he is making)
is even better.
